Stephanie Poncelow is the Vice President of Finance and People & Culture at HPM, Inc. With 20 years of experience in finance and organizational development, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and a transformative approach to her leadership role. She is also certified in ICAN Defining Leadership and as a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional, showcasing her commitment to continued professional development.
Stephanie’s responsibilities are multifaceted, spanning financial strategy and planning, risk management, and cost control, while also leading efforts in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and organizational culture development. She plays a key role in compliance and regulation, employee relations, succession planning, and employee engagement to ensure the success and well-being of both the financial health of the company and its people.
Stephanie’s transformative leadership style focuses on driving positive change and fostering a culture of growth and empowerment.
In addition to her role at HPM, Stephanie is an active member of the Platteview Rotary Club and volunteers with the local humane society. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
