Matt Alvarado serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at HPM, Inc., where he is dedicated to supporting and enhancing operational processes across the company. With 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to the team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and on-site support.

Matt’s leadership style is empowering — he thrives on training and mentoring teams, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions. His passion for collaboration extends beyond his internal teams, as he works closely with project partners to develop innovative solutions that drive success.

One of Matt’s favorite aspects of his work is HPM’s involvement in the K-12 market, where projects directly impact faculty, teachers and students by creating better learning environments for the next generation of leaders. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology.
