Vice President - Technology & Controls
Ben Constable serves as the Vice President of Technology & Controls at HPM, Inc., bringing more than 30 years of experience in the construction and technology industries. He is a strategic leader dedicated to advancing HPM’s information technology, data management and business systems.
Ben is responsible for shaping the company’s overall technology and data strategy, overseeing software and hardware selection, SOP management, and business systems integration. His expertise spans estimating, project management, project engineering, CAD and BIM, surveying, and IT-related initiatives, ensuring HPM remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
A service-oriented and collaborative leader, Ben values listening, problem-solving, and fostering an environment where technology enhances efficiency and decision-making. Ben is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
