With over 23 years of construction industry experience, BJ is passionate about driving operational excellence, fostering a strong company culture and positioning the company for sustained growth.
As HPM’s President, BJ is responsible for setting the strategic vision, ensuring financial and operational performance, managing risk, and delivering long-term shareholder value. He is a firm believer in the power of people and culture, focusing on helping HPM’s teams understand the “why” behind everything they do. His high-energy and positive leadership style inspires those around him to bring their best every day.
BJ is actively involved in the community, supporting organizations like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Construction Management
