Dan Duché leads HPM, Inc.’s Mining division as Senior Vice President. A Professional Engineer (PE) in Mining and a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in multiple states, Dan is responsible for the division’s business development, heavy-equipment management and overall business unit profitability.
With 34 years of experience in civil and mining engineering, Dan holds a B.S. in Survey Engineering from The Ohio State University and a M.S. in Mining Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology. His well-rounded technical background enables him to drive efficiency and innovation in complex civil and mining projects.
Known for his laid-back leadership style, Dan trusts his teams to take ownership of their work, while he fosters accountability and promotes creative problem-solving.
