With 23 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, Rob Mason serves as the Senior Vice President of Government & Technology at HPM, Inc. In his position, Rob is responsible in securing and overseeing federal government and technology projects nationwide. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in expanding HPM’s presence in these critical sectors.

Rob’s leadership style is collaborative, emphasizing teamwork and shared success in every project. His favorite HPM project, the Equinix Data Centers, reflects his passion for delivering high-impact, technology-driven solutions.

Rob’s favorite HPM Core Value is Family. “It was the founding reason for HPM, and it continues to be a strong core value for all of our team members.” This belief shapes his approach to leadership, fostering a workplace culture that values support, trust and long-term relationships.

Beyond his work at HPM, Rob is actively involved with the Society of American Military Engineers, reinforcing his dedication to both professional excellence and community service. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
