Ryan Wilson

Ryan Wilson serves as the Senior Vice President of Preconstruction Services at HPM, Inc., overseeing the preconstruction and marketing services of the organization. With 35 years of experience in construction and preconstruction services, Ryan brings a strategic and analytical approach to optimizing project outcomes and positioning HPM as an industry leader.

Ryan is responsible for leading preconstruction initiatives, including project feasibility, cost estimating, and risk management, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, architects, engineers and internal teams. Additionally, he oversees marketing strategy, ensuring that HPM’s vision, expertise and success stories are effectively communicated to clients and industry partners. Ryan is a graduate of Idaho State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a LEED Accredited Professional.
