A proud graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Go Big Red!) and holder of an MBA from Colorado State University, Spencer blends financial expertise with a forward-thinking approach to ensure HPM’s long-term success.
With 15 years of experience in financial leadership, Spencer guides HPM’s financial team with a focus on cost control, risk mitigation and aligning corporate budgets with strategic initiatives. He collaborates closely with internal and external partners to execute key business strategies, ensuring HPM remains a leader in the construction industry. Additionally, his commitment to technology and system integration helps streamline operations between administration and project teams.
