With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, JT Wilhelm serves as the Senior Vice President – Alaska at HPM, Inc., where he provides strategic leadership and vision for the company’s operations in the region. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering, JT has a deep understanding of project execution, market growth, and risk management.

In his role, JT is responsible for market project acquisition, financial and operational performance, and positioning HPM for long-term success in Alaska’s competitive construction landscape. He is committed to fostering strong relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring that every project aligns with HPM’s commitment to quality and excellence.

JT’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, emphasizing teamwork, shared decision-making, and collective problem-solving. He believes that the best results come from an environment where every voice is heard, and individuals work together toward common goals.
