At the core of his leadership philosophy is the value of Family — a principle that guides both his personal and professional life. “Caring for and supporting my wife and daughters are what drives me. Professionally, it’s all about creating a supportive and caring environment where everyone feels like they truly belong. When a workplace feels like a family, there’s trust, open communication, and a real sense of loyalty. The idea of family means being part of something meaningful, where we can all grow together and feel like we’re contributing to something bigger than ourselves.”

Under JT’s leadership, HPM’s Alaska operations continue to expand, delivering projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations while reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence in the construction industry.
