Aaron Kaspriskie

Aaron Kaspriskie joins HPM after more than two decades of experience driving high-impact infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors. His track record of operational excellence, business transformation, and building strong, performance-driven teams makes him a powerful addition to HPM and the leadership team. Aaron has deep expertise in complex heavy civil work – from major airports and CDOT projects to utility and transportation infrastructure. He has served in senior executive and project management positions with WW Clyde, IHC Scott, Barnett Southern Corporation and E.R. Snell Contractor. Major projects have included work with Southwest Airlines, various municipalities, Denver International Airport (DEN), Georgia and Colorado Departments of Transportation and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE).
Aaron’s leadership style is grounded in accountability, drive and client service. On his spare time, Aaron gives back by serving as Colorado state representative of Construction Angels, a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and grief counseling to the children and spouse left behind when a construction worker is involved in an accidental work-related fatality.
