Senior VP of Operations Josh Carroll serves HPM by guiding operations across field execution, technology, project controls and safety – helping us continue to build strong teams as we grow – particularly in Alaska and Colorado. Josh has more than 25 years of construction industry experience across North America, with a depth of expertise in hyperscale data, military/government, mining, K-12 education, wastewater and municipal market sectors. What motivates Josh is his commitment to collaboration, integrity, safety and drive — particularly when managing complex challenges and technical issues.
In addition to his role overseeing all facets of HPM’s operations, Josh works closely with our project leadership and preconstruction teams to ensure our systems, people and processes are tightly integrated to consistently produce outstanding results for our clients.
Josh is a proud Colorado native who earned a degree in construction management from Colorado State University. He loves the outdoors (has a passion for Alaska), hockey and a good game of trivia with his wife and children.
