Project Overview
This project is a multi-phase effort to modernize and enhance the electrical infrastructure supporting the Mission Support Group, Facilities, Logistics & Services Division on Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colo. Phase 1 and 2 (Recap 1 & 2) focused on foundational infrastructure improvements, including the final sizing and support systems, structural reinforcements, wall demolition and reconstruction, and modifications to fire protection and plumbing systems. Phase 3 (Recap 3) is a comprehensive overhaul of the medium voltage power generation and distribution network. Through these upgrades, the project will significantly enhance the reliability, efficiency, and resilience of the facility’s electrical infrastructure, supporting both current operations and future growth.
