Project Overview
HPM supported Denver Public Schools on this CM/GC project with complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) upgrades to the majority of the Fallis Elementary School (Denver Green School), a 53,000 square-foot single-story school originally built in 1960. The project scope was to provide improved ventilation and the addition of air conditioning to the building. Electrical scope of work included new transformer and main distribution gear, panel board replacement, including aged feeders, old and damaged receptacles and wiring replacement. The lighting control system scope included replacement of aged switches and wiring, and new equipment for stage lighting, including dimmer, controls and associated wiring. DPS requested additional MEP work which was completed in 2024.
