Project Overview

HPM partnered with the City of Louisville to deliver two new neighborhood parks through a collaborative design-build approach. Working closely with the city and design team, we held regular task force meetings to align design features with the community’s vision and the city’s fixed budget. Our open-book process allowed for real-time pricing and early procurement of key equipment to keep the project on track. The final parks include all new play equipment, walkways, and landscaping, bringing new life to local green spaces with input from community members and local leaders every step of the way.
