Regis Jesuit High School Tennis Courts and Athletic Facility

  • Regis Jesuit High School Tennis Courts and Athletic Facility

Project Overview

HPM collaborated with Regis Jesuit High School (RJHS), Anser Advisory, and Larson Incitti Architects to help value engineer the athletic facility project toward a cost-effective scope that not only met RJHS’s needs, but also completed on time to support the 2024 fall athletic season. The team helped value engineer the project towards a cost-effective scope of work that not only met RJHS’s program, but also completed in time to support the 2024 fall athletic season. In addition to constructing seven state-of-the-art tennis courts for RJHS, this project also delivered extensive grading and drainage improvements, making this 4.5 acre site “pad-ready” for RJHS’s plans for future athletic facility expansion. Uniquely located on an active school campus – which spans multiple city and county boundaries – HPM worked diligently to successfully meet stringent permit requirements, implement strategic scheduling/phasing, and overcome seasonal challenges to deliver this project on time
