Seward Cruise Ship Terminal

  • Seward Cruise Ship Terminal

Project Overview

The Seward Cruise Ship Terminal Project was created to redevelop a world-class cruise ship port for the City of Seward, Alaska. Largely unchanged since 1965, the active terminal has brought millions of travelers and goods through the port which has reached an end of its service life. The terminal building is a design-build project that is being executed by HPM from the ground up with a total construction area of 65,000 sq.-ft. This building, which will be the largest in the City of Seward, will facilitate the embarking and disembarking of passengers during the tourism season and acts as a flex space in the winter for community events. Working alongside the 2025 cruise ship season this fast-paced project will be ready to welcome passengers for its grand opening in 2026.
