Project Overview

The new Roam Community Center will serve as the primary recreational and social hub for the Roam master-planned community in Winter Park, Colorado. Currently under construction by the PG Arnold–HPM joint venture, the project includes full site development, utilities, roadways and construction of a two-level, 16,000-square-foot community center designed to perform in demanding alpine conditions.

The modern mountain-style facility features flexible indoor gathering spaces and expansive outdoor amenities, including a pool and spa deck, fire pits, sun terraces, and outdoor dining areas. Together, the building and site create a welcoming destination that enhances year-round resident experience and reinforces the identity of the Roam community.
